A Nebbiolo and Sangiovese dominant wine with small inclusions of Merlot and Shiraz. The colour is true to the large amount of Nebbiolo in the blend that gives the wine a pretty light red in the glass. The nose enjoys the aromatics from it’s main constituent varieties with a lifted perfume of dark cherry and blackberry fruit.

The palate has a delicacy of fruit, but also afforded a tantalising line of acidity and generosity of grippy tannin that melds with blackberry, touches of tomato leaf and earth. There is a sweetness of dark cherry and dusting of spice that adds a layer of depth to finish.

Drinking well now and over the medium term.
