Review Detail
2016 Kingston Estate Petit Verdot
Wine Rating
89
A decadent nose of plum, raisins and Christmas cake spice; a generously proportioned wine with a fullness of blackberry and plum fruit that is joined by sweet vanillin oak. Tannin and acid are well handled and give contrast and structure, elements of dark chocolate and leather show themselves to finish with drying fruit and spice leaving a lasting impression.
Great value.
