Review Detail
2018 Colours of the South Barossa Valley Rosso
Wine Rating
91
A new wine from purple hands which is a blend of Montepulciano, Negroamaro, and Aglianico that was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Vibrant red to purple in colour with a nose of red berry fruits with fresh earth and understated deli meats. The palate is juicy and primary with generosity of fruit derived tannin that is drying and moreish, redcurrant and plum dominate the palate with a firm backbone of acidity that enjoys a build of spice and baking herbs.
Vibrant and attractive Barossa
