Review Detail

A red to burnt orange hue in the glass with red cherry, fresh strawberries and cream meeting citrus and bracken aromatics. The plate shows what is a big rose in terms of both concentration and texture. There is acid and even some tannin filling the mouth with a white grapefruit like bitterness to flowing red summer fruits. The finish is lean and savoury with fruit a secondary aspect. A real food wine.
