A light red in the glass with the nose having an emphasis on sour edged dark cherry and earth that has a spice that shows itself over time.
The wine is framed by tart red cherry and fine firm tannins which underwrite considerable cellaring potential. Baking spice feigns richness on the mid palate before driving red cherry fruit with a saline, drying note accentuates length but at the same time is a reminder this wine needs time.
