The Wine is made in a rose style, with a light red hue In the glass, the nose is very much sitting on the savoury side with earthy and somewhat meaty notes on show. The palate moves has raspberry blackberry fruit, with a backbone of acidity that runs from start to finish, a very different wine that will polarize opinions.
