A nose of ripe raspberry and plum with raisin and Christmas cake like spice. Vibrant red cherry and raspberry have a flowing backdrop of supple tannin and enough acidity to frame the wine and give length. There is bramble and earth to support what are darker berry fruits to finish, with a nice twist of spice and dark chocolate. A good value import.
