Deep red to purple in the glass, the nose has olives and blackberry. The palate has layers of complexity and a richness that keeps you coming back for more. There is licorice and olives on the front palate, with blackberry dominating the mid to back palate. The tannins are extremely fine, giving the wine a tremendous softness, the finish is rich and long.
