A developed golden copper to brown in colour.
The nose is highlighted by sweet marmalade characters, the palate walks a tightrope between depth and freshness, with honeyed fig, orange peel and candied raisin stopping short of syrupy with a defined spicy structure in the mouth.
The finish shows excellent depth and concentration without being cloying, spiced fig and bush honey linger long after the final sip.
