A real surprise packet, with a nose that gives a flinty expression of apricot kernel, dry honey and freshly cut hay. The palate is rounded with a mouth filling texture that is offset by finely textured acidity. In terms of fruit, apricot enjoys a subtle build with a vanillin like impact that is in balance; white pepper has a gentle impact to finish.
