2020 Paramoor Christina

The wine is sourced from the Paramoor and Manna Hill vineyards and is a unique blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. The blend of the varietals and the low alcohol has created a unique and interesting wine.  The aromatics see the pear and musk influence of Pinot Gris with a swathe of citrus fruits. The palate is medium bodied and focuses more on texture and citrus fruits than anything else, there is a chalkiness and length to the wine that offsets the minimal impact of fruit. It will be a wine that will gain more structure with time.
