A unique blend of aromatic whites, with the nose showing a touch of reduction before attractive musk and spice works with brown pear and and apricot kernel.
The palate is medium bodied and focuses on pear, with faint embellishments of autumnal spice before lime frames the finish. A touch more savoury than i was expecting given the constituent varieties and will evolve over the short to medium term.
