Review Detail
2011 Port Phillip Estate Quartier Arneis
Wine Rating
92
The nose has delicate aromatics of jasmine and lemon peel, the 2011 release manages to break the trend of some other Australian Arneis in having an excellent texture and mouth feel that balances subtle pear characters, with a grippy underlying acidity. The wine has a slight fennel and pepper aspect on the finish that adds interest.
