2013 Little River Winery Viognier-Marsanne
Wine Rating

90
This is a winery of microscopic proportions, the winery produces small quantities of French inspired varieties.

The wine is a light golden yellow with a touch of sulphide funk on the nose that adds rather than detracts in that it supports the stewed apricot and stone fruit characters on the nose.

The palate is oily and rich, with enough savoury apricot complexity to cut through some of this richness on the mid to back palate. There is good length with a touch of spice to finish.
