Vermentino is a variety that is gaining favour in McLaren Vale with the variety well suited to the climate and producing good results. A light yellow in the glass the wine gives chalky citrus aromatics with oyster shell.

The palate is crisp and drying with enough citrus and stone fruit coming through on the mid palate to support and enhance the wines firm, but layered texture. Good length and crunchy acidity to finish.
