Review Detail
2015 Parish Hill Vermentino
Wine Rating
92
A light to golden yellow in the glass, the nose gives oyster shell and citrus notes.
The palate melds crunchy citrus acidity with a fullness of mouthfeel that is accentuated by gentle herbaceous notes and understand tropical fruits. There is a chalky aspect to the finish with a lingering saline edge to citrus fruits that primes you for another sip.
A delicious rendition of the coastal Italian varietal that is enjoyable in it’s own right, but has the texture and presence to go well with food.
