Prosecco has taken this country by storm, it’s a lighter alcohol option that is packed with green apple and citrus making it the perfect wine for the summer months.
A fine bead in the glass the nose gives understated lemon zest and lime with granny smith apple. The palate is vibrant with top notes of apple, and a touch of orange peel and benefits with some creamy richness towards the finish.
Best enjoyed in it’s youth.
