Sourced from Orange and made in an aperitif style that shows purity of fruit and general liveliness.

The nose is a delicate combination of melon, lemon and pear aromas that speak of cool climate viticulture. The bead is fine and persistent with the palate showing crunchy green apple and nashi pear before chalky citrus notes add another layer of texture and drive to finish.

This is not a wine to lay down to get better, nor think to hard about. Enjoy it.
