A gentle fizz in the glass, the nose abounds with lychee and musk that is an adult version of a tropical fruit salad.
The gentle effervescence works so well with this style; lychee continues it’s dominance on the palate with lime cordial, pepper and rosewater giving some subtle diversification.
This is a fun wine, some stop at a glass but there would be others that would be in heaven with a bottle of this to themselves on a sunny day.
