Floral jasmine with lifted lime and wet slate on the nose, the palate has purity of citrus fruits with a cut green apple and a continuation of the floral notes seen on the nose. Acidity is well handled, with citrus fruits giving enough structure and focus to ensure balance amongst the generosity of fruit. There is a dusting of white pepper that sits amongst nashi pear to finish.
