There were 390 dozen of the Gruner Veltliner produced, it’s a variety that is proving to have a great affinity with the region, the nose has touches of musk and faint turkish delight against meyer lemon and green apple. There is depth and concentration of fruit with understated nectarine and finger limes having an almost peppery edge that’s accentuated by a lovely line of acidity. There are floral jasmine notes that give generosity and frame the finish.
