Review Detail
2018 Granite Hills Pinot Blanc
Wine Rating
93
Another wine that has been produced in small commercial quantities with only 250 dozen available for release. The wine gives a light yellow in the glass with aromatics of citrus, slate and white flowers; the faintest note of red apple lingers in the mix.
The palate is surprisingly supple on entry but builds with a mineral and chalky acidity that gives a litheness to lemony fruits that are bordered by apple and understated nectarine fruit. Excellent palate weight and depth to finish.
