Now this is an interesting wine, it was partially fermented on skins and then the pressed juice ran over Gewürtztraminer skins. Creative, but not at the expense of quality.

The Gewürtztraminer gives musk and asian spice that work alongside pepper and turkish delights with some citrus tones.

The palate is chalky and has a leanness that's framed by finger lime with white pepper and some tropical notes. There are lovely lines to finish.

A real head turner.
