Whole bunched pressed, wild yeast fermented and aged in older oak. The team at Sidewood have again found a way to create layers depth and texture with aromatic white varieties.

The nose is vibrant with freshly cut white flowers, with top notes of jasmine, mandarin and lime. The mouthfeel is generous with a thread of citrus and spice running through richer stone fruits before fine lines of acidity give length to finish.
