There isn’t much Pinot Blanc around and this is a lively and textural example from Catlin wines. A light yellow in the glass with lemon and some candied lime on the nose. The palate works against a backdrop of understated grapefruit and meyer lemon that when combined with chalky acidity gives good mouthfeel. The finish is bone dry and bristling with citrus fruits.
