Coming in at only 11.5% which sets the tone of the wine which is delicate, yet precise and has the acidity and fruit structure to reward time in the cellar. The nose has pronounced gooseberry fruit with shades of lime and the faintest note of lanolin. A citrus laden palate with understated tropical notes giving breadth before driving acidity takes control of the finish which is clean yet textured.
