Review Detail

Golden yellow in the glass, a nose that has toasty / buttery notes to unripe stone fruits and fig. The palate is tough from a texture perspective with a sweet and sour thing going on between highish alcohol and tart acidity. It takes on the flavours of green fig with some honeyed nectarine to finish.
