A floral nose that is lifted by honeyed apricot and chamomile. Don’t let the wines aromatic and youthful disposition fool you, there is a grapefruit inspired core with an orange zest like bitterness whilst fuller Meyer lemon and a continued build of honeyed chamomile provide generosity. The finish continues the phenolic grip with beeswax and ginger a counterpart to citrus fruits.
