Review Detail

The grapes were sourced from Central Victoria and is everything you would want in a young Prosecco. There is nashi pear with lemon pith on the nose before the palate gives flowing pear with some green apple and faint brioche notes. There is a touch of white grapefruit to finish that gives texture.
