The palate gives breadth and even some curves whilst being chalky and almost saline. Fruit comes in terms of citrus with richer influences of ripe grapefruit and an undeniably savoury finish that shows the almond influence the variety is known for. A great match with food given its texture and composition, it is a very good example of the variety.
