The wine is a blend of 62% Grenache Blanc, 17% Roussanne, 10 10% Clairette,, 8% Picpoul, 3% Bourboulenc making it one of the more unique white blends commercially available. The nose focuses on citrus fruits with lemon and lim zest alongside crushed rock. The palate is initially rounded with new season apricot before a build of chalky acidity and some savoury grip of kaffir lime that frames the finish.
