A touch of brine and oyster shell amongst white flowers and mandarin on the nose. The palate benefits from time on lees and in oak with a softening of the Meyer lemon and mandarin. There is a savoury meets creamy sensation that is texturally appealing on the mid palate with enjoyable lemon pith to finish.
