Now this is something a bit different, lightly sparkling with a screw cap. The nose is almost cider like with bruised apple and what can best be described as just fermented white wine. The palate has the same fruit profile of the nose, with the light bead giving interest and some nice acidity providing some balance. Certainly a wine for those that want some sweetness and low alcohol.
