Review Detail

The wine was aged on skins in ceramic eggs and produces an iconic expression of Roussanne for both McLaren Vale and Australia. In terms of colour it is a light to golden yellow, aromatics have citrus peal, chamomile and background meyer lemon. The palate is glossy and waxy initially with stone fruits filling the mouth, there is a textural build of acidity and citrus influence that is so unique to the wine. Touches of chamomile and lemony embellishments complete it. Exceptional.
