A blend of Vermentino, Verdicchio Bianco and Inzolia that is sourced from the Barossa. A unique blend i can safely say i have never had before !

The nose has a mix of saline, citrus and some faint poached stone fruits. The palate has crunch and drive, with a steely and mineral core of acidity with richer meyer lemon, guava and banna like tropical tones before a reutrn of the cunchy acidity. Plenty to like here and enjoy over the shorter term.
