Review Detail
2009 Yeringberg Marsanne Roussane
Wine Rating
91
A light to medium yellow in colour, if you were to describe a wine as a 'thinking' wine this would be it. At first glance it is easy to miss the subtlety and finesse that make the wine appealing.
The nose shows sour edged honey amongst a mix of nectarine, the palate builds in power over the journey starting with soft melon characters that slowly evolve reaching a stone fruit driven finish.
