There is a richness to the wine on the nose with fresh pear and honey that is quintessentially true to the variety.
The generosity of the nose is pulled back into line on the palate with a tension between citrus acidity and fuller nashi pear and baked apple fruit. The finish is crisp and framed by citrus. Well made and enjoyable over the shorter term.
