The grapes were sourced from Adelaide Hills and the wine gives a youthful light yellow in the glass. The nose sees citrus and just ripe pear fruit that is backed by ripe green apple. The palate is true to the grigio style with good crunch of acidity, but enough richness of pear and peach to give contrast. The finish has good length with a nice chalkiness of acidity and textural grip.
