2011 Buller Nine Muses Pinot Grigio

A light yellow in colour, the wine is made in a true Pinot Grigio style, early picked with a mild alcohol of 11.5%, the nose is citrus driven with a hint of dried pineapple.
The palate continues in the same vein as the nose but adds a drying minerality and crisp acidity to finish.
This style is great with food, as it’s steely minerality will complement a wide range of foods.
