A lightly golden yellow in colour, a nose of caramelised pear and orange, the unctuous palate gives pear and lychee; the acid is vibrant and keeps the wine light on its feet even through it is incredibly rich.

The finish has a touch of orange peel and citrus blossom, an incredibly good desert wine.
