Curly Flat are one of relatively few growers of Pinot Gris in the Macedon Ranges, but produce a wine that speaks volume of it’s potential in the area. The wine is anything but simple, it shows great complexity of flavours and has real presence on the palate.

There is an enjoyable and aromatic nose of dried pear with apricot and peach is followed by a beautifully proportioned palate of spiced pear and ginger with the backing of citrus. Time in barrel and some contact with lees gives breadth and weight to the finish, with lingering and gently spiced pear the final note.
