Most things touched by the Ten Minutes by Tractor team turn to gold, the entry level Pinot Gris is no different. The nose is steeped in new season nectarine and green pear.

The palate has a taut structure with musk and spice pitted against citrus and green apple inspired acidity. There are some honeyed notes to driving pear and lemony fruit with richness of creamy lees pulling through on the finish.
