Pinot Gris

2008 Banks Road 'CDR' Pinot Gris
Wine Rating
92
A restrained and elegant wine that appears as straw yellow in the glass with a nose of citrus and pear. The front to mid palate is wound around a core of grapefruit and citrus, and the back palate has some nougat complexity that aids the wines well rounded mouth feel. The finish is understated and long.
