An attractive nose of pear with some richer stone fruits and honey. A supple and rounded palate that has a fullness of pear with lovely lines of citrus and some worked flinty complexity that you don’t always see in a Gris. The finish has a slight crunch of apple alongside moreish pear fruits. A very impressive example of the variety.
