A fair bit of attention has gone into this wine with whole bunches pressed off into old oak for maturation on lees for 7 months. and a little over two thirds of the wine was allowed to go through malo before being bottled without fining or filtration.

A lightly golden yellow in colour with a nose of pear and musk with some lanolin and citrus in the background. The palate has plenty of texture with a mealiness that is integrated with pear and citrus fruits; there is a chalkiness of acidity and some subtle oak derived spice before the interplay between zesty lemon and richness of pear fruit steals the show to finish.
