Straw yellow in colour, the nose is enticing with ripe melon and citrus, the palate has unique and delicious flavours of pear and amaretto, it also inherited superb textures and mouth feel from barrel maturation. The wine dances in the mouth between rich and savoury in the mid to back palate and finises with wonderfully controlled acidity.
