The wine was made from fruit sourced in the Fleurieu Peninsula and gives a light yellow colour in the glass. The nose is framed by ripe pear and honeyed stone fruits. A generous wine that fills thee mouth with faint ginger tones to more tropical fruits and enough acidity to give structure. There is a chalky texture that gives a nice contrast to the pear and citrus dominant finish.
