Sidewood do very well with aromatic whites; pristine fruit but texture. The nose has new season pear with a gentle cinnamon and apple pie like spice. The palate is supple and builds on the nose with apple and pear having an equal footing and brown spices weaving in and out. Acidity is beautifully managed, it gives focus when it needs to, but is beautifully integrated.
