Brown pear and red apple with a touch of apricot and musk on the nose.
There is lovely crunchy acidity but enough mouthfeel and texture to give interest with a savoury thread that contrasts generous primary fruits. A citrus thread works with pear and an enjoyable grapefruit like pull to finish.
