Review Detail

A very light copper tinge in terms of colour; red apple and citrus are expressive on the nose. The palate has taut lemon edged acidity with just ripe pear and red apple being lifted by some faint spice to finish. Ideally there would be a little more fruit on the mid palate to fit with the Gris style.
